2 yrs old and in used, but immaculate condition and have only seen recreational use indoors. I've recently moved and the room that my equipment is now in is about a third of the size so these are complete overkill now. They have never been worked hard with the speaker volume never more than half and my mixer barely at a third, and that's been plenty loud enough. They are a fantastic set of speakers.
